We’ve used Octopus Energy for around eight years and have found them superb to deal with. I’ve used several of their smart tariffs, including Agile, which changes price every half hour. Smart tariffs aren’t necessarily right for everyone, but Octopus gives you some interesting options if you can shift when you use electricity.
